i know she's deaf but shouldn't one of her other senses kick in?  at the very least it seems she should sense a very large object looming behind her...or perhaps she just doesn't give a rat's ass.

I love how she looks up at it and then just lays there. I think she knew it was there and was testing her luck. Especially since she did get up as it was going around her. ;)
